SENIOR.... '12.... making a Godly impact in someones life that is really important to me... Lets do it!!!

Hi Y'all!
Well i cant believe that it is august already and that i just started my senior year of high school!!!! Woah!!!! I am so incredibly excited for this year though, to see what God has in store for me! We started on Wed so we have only been back in school for 3 days. But so far it is great. I am still trying to figure out my schedule. I have some pretty awesome teachers but, i am kinda sad because my favorite teacher ever is not my teacher anymore. Mr. Alix was my math teacher Junior year and he saved my butt!! I literally would not have passed without him. He encouraged me more than any other teacher has. So this year i dont have him because i am not taking a math. But i am still stopping in to see him about everyday. But he is gonna help me with a big exam that i have so i will see him almost every day. I was telling him that i wont be able to get through the year without him and he was like " Moseley, i didnt die! im still here whenever you need me!" ;) He is a man who truly cares about his students and wants to see them do well! Even though he seems like a jerk.... He truly isnt! He is a big ole wuss! But he wont take crap and thats what i love about him! I hung out with him for a whole period on Friday cause i couldnt change my schedule. He said something to me that i am still laughing about
"Hey Moseley, can i put you down as my main inspiration?" hahhahaha! made my day!
He is a goof and a freak but i love him! Anyway so i am hoping this year is the year that i can make an impact in his life. That is my main goal. He believes in God, he just isnt sure about any thing else. So thats my mission this year is to make a positive Godly impact in his life without being too crazy.
I cant wait to see what God has in store this year! Senior year is a huge deal.... but i am ready to conquer it with God right there beside me!

Miracle of a little boy.....

Have you ever questioned if heaven is real? While i was on vacation i read the most amazing book that will change your life....

It is called Heaven Is For Real -
This extrodinary story of a little boy who almost died during a surgery.... had a little trip to heaven before he woke up again. This book is the most real you can get. There are scripture within this book that backs up everything the boy says. An amazing boy had the most wonderful opurtunity to see and meet Jesus. There is a part of the book where the little boy talks about his sister who died in his moms stomach. Now Colton, the little boy, never knew about this miscarriage. Colton says that he met his sister and that she "wouldnt stop hugging me". His parents had never told him about this. You believe everything that is in this book.... The thing that caught me was that he described Jesus and what he looks like. Colton says "he is REALLY big! He can hold the whole world in his hands.." there are things that the boy describes that he COULD NOT make up!

Everyone read this book! It will change your life... and your perspective of what you think heaven is!




To me after reading this book..... it shows me that there is AMAZING things to come!!!! I CANT WAIT!!!!

Justice system.... is it truly a JUSTICE system?.... Summer..

This blog is based on what is going on in the world at the moment. Yalll all know what i am talking about..... the Casey Anthony trial. Now i have known about this case for a while now cause i have watched a documentry on it for years. It is truly amazing how this case happened years ago and is just now going to trial. I will never understand why it takes so dadgum long. I believe that all justice needs to have an equal opportunity. This poor little girl will never have justice. Her mother killed her. I just dont understand it. I believe that Casey Anthony deserved the death penalty. That is my opinion and my words.

Ok... now to better things..... i have been on vacation for a long time. We went to Creede and it was awesome! Good family time. We went fishing one day and i caught like a million fish. haha. We went horseback riding, which was fun... .we had a really awesome guide but then Mary's horse kind of freaked out and it was pretty scary. But it was still fun. My niece and nephew Hayley and Mason came... they are too cute! Here is a funny Mason quote "Hayleee... i got a big cup of cheese!" hahhaha. All in all it was a great trip.
Now i am in Denver with my sister Julie and her husband Joel. I have been here for about a week and a half. Its been so fun! It makes me relize how much i miss having everyone live so close!

2011....? Here We Go.....

Hello All!
Happy New Year!!! I have now decided i am going to post twice a week. I was so stressed with getting through school and all the holiday madness going on. I hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New years. I enjoyed spending tons of time with my family. Thanksgiving we went to Texas. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Texas with my entire heart. For Christmas we spent at home in California. Unfortunatly the only people who could not be there were my sister Julie and her husband Joel. Other than that we had the whole gang.

This year my goals are as follows.....
- Blog twice a week (at least.)
- Go to Nashville for CMA Fest
- Get my license
- Learn more about myself
- Grow in God
- Write more songs
- Take TONS of pictures
... and the list will continue

For now.... Happy New Year! :) I cant wait to see what God has in store for me this year.
